Return and Exchange Policy

There is no return or exchange available on any product.

In case of a damaged product or wrong product is delivered then only in such cases the exchange of the product will be accepted.

Please note that the product is one of a kind and we custom make it
as per your size requirement. Therefore, we request you to get in touch
with us on mail or phone to give us your measurements before placing the
order.  

Shipping Policy

Domestic Delivery

We provide free shipping for all prepaid domestic orders.

The product price is inclusive of GST.

International Orders and Delivery:

For all international orders, the courier charges for the delivery of the product should be borne by the customer.

We do not have a fixed shipping rate for overseas orders. The courier charges will vary basis the country and zone.

International customers are requested to reach out to us to find out
more about the shipping charges for their order before placing the
order.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer.

GST is applied on all orders.

Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable in India.

For deliveries outside India products are shipped on a DDU
(Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are
exclusive of all taxes and duties charged by your country. As the
recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local
sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these
is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 

The dispatch time is a minimum of 15 business days.

Delivery time ranges between 10-15 days after dispatch depending on
the country and zone you are located. This time frame might be affected
due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable
circumstances.

Someone from our team will connect with you before sending the courier to ensure timely pickup & delivery.

Tracking your Order

Once the order is shipped the details will be sent to the registered mail ID or mobile number.

Privacy Policy

When you order a product from the website, we need to have your
name, e-mail address, card number, and card expiry date to process your
request or notify you of acceptance of your order.

A contact telephone number may also be required to contact you if there is any issue with processing your order.

When you register or place an order with us you can select whether
you would like to be sent notification of special orders, promotions,
and other correspondence from us via email and post. 

Information about you

 We follow a tight security procedure to protect the information that
we store about you from unauthorized access. Our credit card partner,
is a secure site, utilizing data encryption methods to protect your
details.

Terms of service

Billing
The price of our merchandise as mentioned
on DENIM DARZI is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product.
Such MRP shall be inclusive of all local taxes as are applicable in
India. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the
destination where the order has to be shipped to. The tax rate applied
and charged upon the order shall include combined tax rate for both
state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order
is being shipped. DENIM DARZI reserves the right to collect taxes
and/or such other levy/ duty/ surcharge that it may have to incur in
addition to the normal taxes it may have to pay. We may also charge
delivery Charges which may include postal charges/shipment charges etc.
